What information does MedSafeFdn collect on its customers?

Does MedSafeFdn share my health profile with anyone?
  • MedSafeFdn allows its customers to approve who has access to their data. When someone requests permission to see the data of a patient, that patient will receive an access code which must be provided to the requester to enter into MedSafeFdn's website in order to proceed.
  • Customers can review who has access to their health information, and revoke or grant access when they wish.
  • MedSafeFdn will not disclose your confidential information to any third-party unless such a disclosure is required or authorized by law.
