How do I change my profile (phone, address, etc)?
I forgot my password and/or username. How do I retrieve this information?
I need to change something on my profile.
- If you move and change address, or change your telephone number, you can easily change an item on your profile. Select the Prefs menu first:
- Next select the variable you would ike to change:
- If you change doctors, what do you need to do? Nothing really. You may decide to restrict access to your old doctor (see Sharing), and you will also need to provide access to your new doctor.
I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do?
- On the front page of the web application, simply choose Forgot password, and walk through the steps to retrieve the password.
